Welcome to NetSecure Learn. These Terms of Service govern your use of our network security learning platform at netsecurelearn.link. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

NetSecure Learn offers live workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions on network security topics. Each service is delivered by experienced instructors and is designed to enhance your practical skills in securing networks and systems.

2. Information Products

We provide digital courses, e-books, and on-demand video tutorials focused on network security fundamentals, advanced threat detection, and secure network architecture. Access to these digital resources is granted upon full settlement of the applicable fee.

3. Merchandise

Our merchandise includes branded study guides, lab equipment kits, and reference charts shipped to your address. All merchandise items are inspected and packaged with care prior to shipment.

4. Payment and Reimbursement Policy

All fees are due in advance of service delivery or product access. We accept major payment methods.

4.1 Services

Clients may request a reimbursement within 7 days after the scheduled start date of a live workshop or coaching session, provided no more than 2 hours of live instruction have been accessed. Approved reimbursements will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you wish to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request at no extra charge. Certain one-time events or limited-seat workshops are non-reimbursable due to venue and instructor commitments.

4.2 Information Products

Digital courses and e-books qualify for a 14-day review period starting on the date of purchase. If you request a reimbursement within this period and have accessed less than 20% of the content, we will issue a reimbursement to your original payment method within 10 business days. After 14 days or 20% content access, all sales are final and non-reimbursable due to immediate digital delivery.

4.3 Merchandise

Physical goods may be returned for a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Approved merchandise reimbursements will be credited to your payment method within 15 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
